Our goal is to prepare you for operating your own business. Our training program is key to achieving this. The program consists of both an in classroom training element and an on-the-job training element. Our in class sessions are usually between Twenty Eight (28) and Fifty Two (52) hours long and takes place at our training centre in New Jersey or at another location appointed by us. Our on-the-job training is usually between Forty (40) and Seventy Two (72) hours and is usually done at the sushi counter that is being franchised.
