All chefs are invited to submit their own sushi roll recipe for regional competition. First-place regional winners for the National Bento Sushi Champion competition are then flew to Toronto. The top 5 chefs compete at this event in front of a select panel of judges, Bento’s Executive Team, media, sponsors, and Bento partners to win the Sushi Champion title and a $5,000 prize check.
