Request additional information
After your initial interview, our Operations team will reach out to gather additional details about your background and candidacy. This helps us assess fit before moving forward.
Once your information has been reviewed and we have completed our evaluation, the team works to match you with an available location that’s the right fit for you and the market.
Location identification
Disclosure (FDD Sent)
We issue the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD). Once signed, you begin a mandatory 14-day “cooling-off” period required for your sushi franchise.
We receive your signed acknowledgement of the FDD, confirming you have received and reviewed your disclosure document.

Franchise agreement
issued
Following the 14-day cooling-off period, we issue your formal Franchise Agreement (FA) to secure your Bento franchise.
You sign the FA and settle initial fees. Note: For our partners in Alberta, the agreement must be notarized by a notary public.
