Front Line Team Members
Working at Bento means a career without boundaries, whether you are a food prep teammate prepping delicious dishes in one of our kiosks; or part of our fleet/warehouse teams taking care of shipping, receiving, and inventory; or transporting our products in our delivery trucks to Bento locations; or on the factory production line preparing Bento offerings. Field Operations
Our Regional Directors, Area Managers and Supervisors, and Trainers are made up of passionate individuals who execute the day-to-day operations in their regions, prioritizing projects such as special food promotions and new location openings, while at the same time guiding and coaching their teams to maximize corporate success. Our headquarters in Richmond Hill, Ontario is where many of our business units work together to support our retail partners and to ensure our product offerings are at their best every day. Whether it is a Marketing role, Finance, Accounts Management, or one of our other internal partners, we constantly communicate and support each other in a team atmosphere that is busy and challenging, but always aims to be cooperative and fun.
