Bento Express

In addition to our regular Bento sushi bars, we also work with retailers and foodservice operators to provide our Bento Express products to their locations. This program does not feature an on-site sushi chef, the products are delivered directly to each location, making them suitable for locations of various sizes. All sushi sold through Bento Express is made at a regional HACCP facility in Canada and has a four-day shelf life. The available sushi selection, while smaller than our regular Bento locations, is still extensive and includes rolls, combos, boats, platters and microwaveable entrées.
